Mary John is a director, choreographer, and filmmaker. Her goal is to create visually engaging, socially conscious work, that entertains viewers through the use of choreography, movement, comedy and unique camera placement. She has directed content for New York City Ballet, Condé Nast, Google, and Disney and created music videos, short form web content, fashion shorts, and immersive theater experiences as well. Her latest projects have screened at Lincoln Center and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles and she has also been featured in The New York Times,, Nowness, Refinery 29, and more.
